We are committed to providing a first rate legal service for our clients. As we receive much of our work through introductions and referrals, we always aim for maximum client satisfaction to a strong ongoing relationship with our business partners.

We have grown at a steady pace over the past 7 years but now wish to accelerate this level of growth and to become a truly nationwide player in the Estate Planning and Probate markets.

Our Firm
​
Goodwills Legal Services Ltd specialises in Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney. We are also able to pass regulated legal activity to our 'sister firm' Premier Solicitors Ltd, such as Probate, Conveyancing and Court of Protection workWe were established in April 2014 as a successor to the Will writing firm Goodwills Ltd, which had been in operation since 2003.

Our business model focuses on working through third party introducers/referrers, such as our network of consultants (also known as Estate Planning Practitioners) and a range of financial advisers, mortgage and insurance brokers. We currently work with almost 100 financial advisers and close to 20 consultants, with a clear view towards expanding the business over the next few years.

Generally speaking, the IFA or consultant will see the client directly and complete a fact find/instruction form, whilst we carry out the legal work based on this and any further information. We do also work on a referral basis and are also able to pass referrals back to the IFAs, mortgage brokers and insurance brokers that we work with.

Whether you are interested in becoming an independent Estate Planning Practitioner, you already have the Will writing firm but would like to outsource the legal work or you are a financial adviser who wants to offer your clients Estate Planning services, we are certainly able to help. Likewise, if you wish to offer your clients a Probate service, whether that be Grant Only or a Full Estate Administration service, we are more than able to work with you to achieve this.
